You will act as a Product Owner with a heavy Business Analyst focus within a financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Increment (PI) planning sessions and execution.
• Design and optimize business processes through re-engineering and technology change efforts.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing business and technology projects.
• Strong background in Business Analysis combined with Product Owner responsibilities.
• Deep experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira.
• Experience in process design and process improvement.
• Financial services industry background.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
