Description

You will lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional projects to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, critical paths, schedules, and budgets for product development.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, status reports, and briefing materials for executive leadership.
• Mentor junior project managers and serve as a change agent within the organization.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in project management and product development.
• Advanced proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience leading the development and launch of software, mobile apps, or IoT products.
• Demonstrated expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) and product launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of resource management and change management techniques.
• Ability to manage complex interpersonal relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience navigating software/mobile app development and hardware development cycles.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Smart Home or Security Systems.
