Description

Own end-to-end QA activities and drive quality processes across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and execute software test cases to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the entire testing process.
• Analyze features and contribute to design decisions from a customer perspective.
• Mentor the team on testing processes, product knowledge, tools, and technology capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Test Complete or WebDriver IO.
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries.
• Experience managing automation code using version control systems like TFS or Git.
• Ability to independently own projects and manage end-to-end QA workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on project requirements.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS product environments.
