Description

You will own product security engineering for assigned products, driving security assessments, threat modeling, and architecture patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability reporting for new solutions.
• Perform application security reviews to identify, validate, and remediate vulnerabilities and attack chains.
• Define security architecture patterns and ensure controls meet requirements before coding begins.
• Drive development of standards, practices, and processes to manage application security adherence.
• Embed security gates into existing SDLCs and leverage automation for cross-functional integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in product security or application security.
• Strong command of .NET, Java, Go, Python, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with scripting environments like PowerShell and Bash.
• Solid understanding of core information security principles, including encryption and authentication.
• Ability to identify application vulnerabilities and advise on appropriate remediation strategies.
• Experience managing projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex security topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
