Description

You will own the technical product lifecycle, operational integrity, and release management across regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product management activities aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Manage and govern software change and release management processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide application management and production support to maintain system stability and performance.
• Perform troubleshooting, automation, and operational tasks using Linux, Bash, and Python.
• Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Support, Product Operations, or Application Management.
• Strong experience in Change Management and Release Management processes.
• Hands-on proficiency with Linux environments and scripting using Bash Shell and Python.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically GCP and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Product Management principles.
• Knowledge of Application Management and production support for enterprise applications.
