Drive technical excellence and mentorship as a regional subject matter expert for specific product areas.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep competence in specific product areas to serve as a regional subject matter expert.
• Execute extensive internal and field testing to validate product performance.
• Identify technical problems and implement or suggest viable solutions independently.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional business groups.
• Analyze high-speed, high-performance signal and power integrity issues.

Required Skills

• BS/MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in the EDA industry.
• Expertise in Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Electromagnetics, Thermal, and Stress.
• Experience with SI/PI simulation from chip to system level using Redhawk-SC, Redhawk-SC Electrothermal, AEDT, SIwave, HFSS, or XtractIM.
• Proficiency in package model extraction, S-parameters, and RLGC models.
• Familiarity with Package/PCB design, extraction, circuit design, and SPICE formats.
• Understanding of VLSI design flows including RTL design, simulation, synthesis, timing, and power.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Programming proficiency in Perl, TCL, and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-physics background covering electromagnetics, thermal, and stress analysis.
• Experience with 3DIC physical design.
