You will act as a technical expert managing complex business applications and resolving high-level system issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HANA issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collect and assess complex traces to resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Optimize HANA performance and manage relational database technologies.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage uncertainty and technical ambiguity in large-scale system operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HANA administration and performance optimization.
• Experience operating large-scale business applications and systems.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP solutions including BW on HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Programming proficiency in ABAP, C++, Python, or Unix shell.
• Experience with Linux, enterprise computing, and cloud services.
