You will act as a technical expert managing complex business applications, resolving high-level system issues, and optimizing performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HANA issues and perform root cause analysis on complex system bottlenecks.
• Collect and assess detailed traces to identify and resolve technical inefficiencies.
• Optimize HANA performance and manage relational database technologies at scale.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage uncertainty and technical ambiguity in large-scale system operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database technologies and HANA administration.
• Hands-on experience with HANA performance optimization and large-scale business applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP solutions including BW on HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Programming proficiency in ABAP, C++, Python, or Unix shell.
• Experience with Linux, enterprise computing, and cloud services.
