Description

You will manage the end-to-end production of digital assets and press-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare final, press-ready files and various digital asset formats based on supplied specifications.
• Resolve artwork issues and perform image retouching, clipping paths, and image manipulation.
• Package and prepare files for mass production across multiple marketplaces.
• Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos, and artwork, following strict naming conventions and file management systems.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to meet development timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Experience using Figma for design workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CS and Google Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while following strict processes.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited design program or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon or similar marketplace production requirements.
• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff.
