Description

Manage end-to-end production of digital assets and press-ready files for multiple marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare final, press-ready files and digital asset formats based on provided specifications.
• Resolve artwork issues, perform image retouching, clipping paths, and complex image manipulation.
• Package and prepare files for mass production while maintaining strict naming conventions and file management systems.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to meet development timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Experience using Figma for design workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CS and Google Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited design program or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon or similar marketplace production requirements.
• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior staff.
