Description

You will manage and optimize production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets in Landshut, Bavaria.

Responsibilities

• Define, redesign, and automate assembly processes using LEAN methods.
• Implement technologies and measures to improve production costs, occupational safety, and ergonomics.
• Conceptualize, procure, and oversee the implementation of operating resources.
• Manage the industrialization of new products and coordinate directly with the development team.
• Determine standard times and lead projects within your assigned area.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience in process design and optimization.
• Ability to manage the industrialization phase of new product introductions.
• Skills in designing and implementing safety and ergonomic measures.
• Experience with resource procurement and project management.
• Background in determining standard production times.
• Degree from any graduate level program.
