Description

You will own reliability, observability, and incident response for large-scale AI infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve availability metrics, establishing SLIs and SLOs for the cloud platform.
• Lead production incident response, diagnose service disruptions, and conduct post-incident root cause analysis.
• Build and improve observability infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and OpenTelemetry.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce operational toil and enable self-healing infrastructure.
• Partner with compute, networking, and storage teams to strengthen service resilience and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE, or large-scale infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, including debugging complex kernel and user-space issues.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with Go, Python, C, or C++.
• Experience supporting GPU workloads, HPC environments, or latency-sensitive distributed systems.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, distributed systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing self-healing systems or automated remediation tooling.
• Exposure to structured root cause analysis and operational readiness reviews.
