Description

Lead an offshore team in production support and maintenance while owning the release pipeline and ensuring system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an offshore team of 4-5 people for maintenance and support tasks.
• Own the release pipeline to ensure system stability and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain ProC applications and Unix shell scripts.
• Design, implement, and optimize geospatial databases and Oracle queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, participate in code reviews, and conduct unit testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Centura and ProC.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases and writing complex queries.
• Ability to design and implement geospatial databases.
• Experience developing Java/J2EE applications.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience managing or working with offshore teams.
