Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Informatica and Datastage in production environments.
5+ years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL processes, Release Support, or Technical Implementations.
Strong Unix and Windows operating system knowledge with shell or similar scripting skills.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning.
Experience supporting event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes.
Exposure to L1/L2/L3 support models and at least 2-3 monitoring or scheduling tools.
Ability to assess severity, gather impacts, engage teams, and escalate to ensure timely restoration.
Strong troubleshooting, analysis, research, root cause analysis, and documentation skills
