Description

You will own production support for Mainframe and Cloud environments, focusing on issue resolution and infrastructure stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve production issues in live operational systems daily.
• Support and maintain infrastructure stability across Mainframe and Cloud environments.
• Apply Production Support Engineering practices to ensure system reliability.
• Analyze and fix problems within complex IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Production Support Engineering.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Mainframe systems.
• Proven experience working with Cloud environments.
• Strong, demonstrable debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated monitoring and alerting tools.
