Manage and troubleshoot contact center applications within a networking project environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support contact center applications, specifically NICE CX or similar alternatives.
• Perform deep troubleshooting and debugging of production issues using Java and Python.
• Execute testing protocols to ensure system stability and application health.
• Monitor application performance within complex networking project environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in production support roles.
• Extensive experience supporting contact center applications (NICE CX or equivalent).
• Strong background in Java development for debugging and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
• Proven experience in production support within networking projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
