Description

You will stabilize production environments through deep technical troubleshooting and code-level remediation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot breakage across infrastructure and application layers.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and implement necessary code-level changes.
• Maintain infrastructure security protocols in alignment with ISD/IEC compliance standards.
• Support and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated scripting tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in production support or engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java (versions 17 or 21).
• Hands-on experience with Maven for build automation.
• Proven experience using Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Direct experience managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with scripting to automate operational tasks.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure security protocols and ISD/IEC compliance standards.

• Any Graduate degree.
