Description

You will lead business-focused change management initiatives to implement critical data management tools across a large user base in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a change management framework to support the introduction of new data management tools.
• Develop and execute communication and training plans tailored for 8,000+ end users.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with broader project timelines and objectives.
• Analyze current processes to identify and overcome barriers to successful tool adoption.
• Establish feedback loops to gather user insights and report progress on change initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management, project analysis, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects impacting 5,000+ end users.
• Direct experience with IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or similar.
• Experience working within government agencies or large-scale organizations.
• Ability to develop comprehensive training plans and strategic communication materials.
• Strong analytical skills to address implementation barriers and simplify complex concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
