You will lead business-focused change management efforts to implement critical data management tools across a large organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a change management framework to support the introduction of new data management tools.
• Develop and execute communication and training plans tailored for 8,000+ end users.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with broader project timelines and objectives.
• Analyze current processes to identify barriers to change and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Coach leadership on managing and supporting organizational transitions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management, project analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects impacting 5,000+ end users.
• Demonstrated proficiency with IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Certification in change management, such as Prosci or a similar methodology.
• Experience working within government agencies or large-scale organizations.
• Ability to develop comprehensive training plans and technical communication materials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills to address implementation barriers and track progress via established frameworks.
• Ability to establish feedback loops to gather user insights and adjust adoption strategies.
