Description

Manage application performance monitoring and technical troubleshooting within distributed system environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, specifications, and task sequencing for concurrent project workflows.
• Monitor enterprise-wide application performance using dashboarding tools and create data-driven reports.
• Participate in Major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis calls to provide expert troubleshooting support.
• Prepare technical documentation in SharePoint and create presentations for clients.
• Attend daily scrums to report task status and proactively manage new assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in distributed system environments.
• Proficiency in system architecture and cloud services.
• Strong ability to apply systematic approaches to isolate and resolve intricate problems.
• Expertise in application monitoring and dashboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with users and stakeholders to define project needs.

Preferred Skills

• Operational experience with ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
