You will lead and evolve the enterprise-wide AI governance strategy to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI governance framework aligned with regulatory, ethical, and business standards.
• Lead EU AI Act compliance efforts, including risk classification, documentation, and conformity assessments.
• Reconcile AI governance processes with existing frameworks and harmonize workflows.
• Integrate AI governance reviews into the Architecture Review (ARV) and other intake processes.
• Oversee AI risk assessments, model inventories, and validation processes across business units.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management, risk, or compliance roles with an AI or governance background.
• 3+ years of deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and lifecycle, including GenAI systems.
• 2+ years of experience applying ethical and responsible AI principles such as accountability, explainability, fairness, and transparency.
• Proven experience with regulatory frameworks, specifically the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.
• 5+ years of experience in post-merger integration and process reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Ability to define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure governance effectiveness.
