Description

You will manage strategic programs and change projects to improve the rider experience across EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the launch of change projects, including policy harmonization and experience improvements across EMEA.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify broken experiences and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain governance and meeting cadences to drive performance against program goals.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders across business functions and markets to drive continuous improvement.
• Support regional teams in driving targeted improvements to customer support and expanding operations into new markets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within the technology sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with data analysis, including generating insights and creating dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Operational Excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Any graduate degree.

• Ability to query data using SQL.
