Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager – IAM to lead complex, enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management programs across global environments. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep IAM expertise, strong governance mindset, and hands-on experience in Agile delivery, audit & compliance, and stakeholder management.
You will play a critical role in strengthening security posture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling seamless identity operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end IAM programs ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
Define program strategy, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs)

Audit, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure IAM alignment with regulatory, audit, and security standards
Manage internal and external audits and drive closure of findings
Proactively identify and mitigate IAM-related risks

Agile Execution & Jira Management
Drive sprint planning, execution, tracking, and reporting using Jira
Apply Agile & Scrum best practices for predictable and scalable delivery
Change & Stakeholder Management
Lead IAM change initiatives with minimal business disruption
Partner with business, security, and technology stakeholders
Ensure strong communication, documentation, and governance
Infrastructure & Global Collaboration
Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams for IAM integrations
Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on program management experience in IAM
Strong expertise in IAM governance, audits, and compliance
Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Jira
Solid understanding of security principles and network infrastructure
Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
 

Preferred Skills
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or similar
Background in enterprise security or identity governance programs
