Description

Lead program execution and governance for high-risk, critical business initiatives in California.

Responsibilities

• Own full accountability for program execution, managing project artifacts and updating processes to drive value.
• Manage large-scale programs involving 16-32 resources and annual labor budgets up to $6.4M.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners and stakeholders to influence program priority and direction.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Project Managers to improve work group processes.
• Develop resolutions for critical issues and broad design matters using professional technical concepts.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of project management or related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of technical work experience.
• Experience managing programs with 640 to 1,280 hours of effort per week.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and high-risk business processes.
• Understanding of financial and economic levers that impact business performance.
• Bachelor of Science in CS, MIS, a related technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
