Description

You will lead technical program management for software and game development releases, driving scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure plans are met.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, sprint and quarterly reports, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Run daily triage, assist in Shiproom, and ensure quality, compliance, and localization standards adherence.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end systems (e.g., ADO pipelines), maintain backlogs, and lead status reporting.
• Create cross-team project schedules, dependency maps, and define success metrics for performance, quality, and throughput.

Required Skills

• 5-12+ years of technical program or project management in software or games.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), risk management, and software delivery lifecycle.
• Proven experience operating in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience leading large teams across the full cycle of game development.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation discipline using wikis and SharePoint.
• Quality mindset including unit/integration tests, code reviews, and definition-of-done adherence.
• Operational excellence in incident handling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating sprint rituals and release readiness reviews.
• Ability to escalate blockers promptly and coordinate with Studios Quality and localization teams.
