Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of program scope, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, budgets, and schedules to align with leadership intent.
• Perform critical path analysis using Microsoft Project, Jira, and cPlace.
• Lead Configuration Change Boards (CCB) and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, investigate, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Coordinate resources for cross-functional teams and interface with customers, vendors, and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical project/program management experience (or 8+ with Bachelor's, 10+ with no degree), including 1 year of lead experience.
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, including 1 year of lead experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Experience with cPlace.
• Project Management expertise.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total experience in technical program/project management roles.
• Experience in matrixed, global engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with commercial vehicle, defense, or aerospace product development.
