Description

Lead the Joint Intelligence Operations program supporting JSOC global activities. Manage task order performance, scope, schedule, and costs. Direct personnel management for the contracted workforce, including staffing, training, and professional development. Provide technical and administrative supervision to all contractor personnel. Support the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative. Mentor the contracting team and less-experienced personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage task order performance, overseeing scope, schedule, and costs.
• Direct personnel management for the contracted workforce, covering staffing and training.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to all contractor personnel.
• Support the customer Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative.
• Mentor the contracting team and less-experienced personnel.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of managerial experience within DoD or equivalent government agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• US Citizenship.
• Financial Management expertise.
• Hiring, Workforce Planning, and People Management skills.
• Ability to support CONUS and OCONUS rotations and deployments.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of operational level of warfare experience.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Production Requirements, and Area of Responsibility (AOR).
