Description

Lead large-scale transformation programs with a focus on multi-site WMS rollouts and executive stakeholder management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-site and multi-region deployments of Manhattan Active WMS/SaaS platforms.
• Provide strong program governance and close leadership gaps within the delivery team.
• Manage executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Ensure successful rollout and maintain momentum throughout the engagement duration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and Manhattan Active SaaS.
• Background in life sciences or regulated industries.
• Experience with CSV/GxP validation processes.
• Ability to operate effectively in an on-site environment in Fort Worth, TX.
