Description

You will lead end-to-end ERP programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own program governance, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams.
• Manage ERP system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management.
• Proven experience leading ERP programs in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP-based initiatives (S/4HANA or ECC preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.
