Description

You will lead complex IT systems development and implementation projects from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines, roadmaps, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and allocate resources to monitor progress against established goals.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple agencies to define transitions from current to future state models.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects, specifically with SAP reporting solutions.
• Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and software including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience conducting business process analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage schedules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with executives, sponsors, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundations certification.
• PMP certification.
