You will lead complex project execution and delivery within the Oil & Crude trading domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
• Manage business change activities, including impact assessments, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Business Agile transformation initiatives and promote best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues to develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Deep domain expertise in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) specifically within Oil & Crude.
• Strong understanding of trading desk workflows, position keeping, P&L reporting, and risk metrics.
• Proven experience with Business Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Hands-on experience in Business Change Management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with ETRM Systems and Agile Methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of Agile transformation and scaling Agile in large organizations.
• Familiarity with trading analytics tools and energy trading compliance.
