Description

You will lead strategic initiatives to modernize and scale enterprise data platforms, owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs, including MDM and ETL transformation.
• Lead migration from legacy ETL platforms to AWS-native solutions using PySpark and Glue.
• Collaborate with solution architects to define scalable integration architectures and next-gen MDM SaaS ecosystems.
• Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor engineering leads and data architects to foster accountability and innovation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data program management with proven success in large-scale data platform delivery.
• Deep expertise in MDM systems, ETL tools, and data integration frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with PySpark, Kafka, Talend, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
