You will lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing and scaling enterprise data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale data modernization programs, including MDM and ETL transformation.
• Collaborate with solution architects to define scalable integration architectures and next-gen MDM SaaS ecosystems.
• Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership and clients.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including business technology and client partners, to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Mentor engineering leads and data architects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data program management with proven success in large-scale data platform delivery.
• Deep expertise in MDM systems, ETL tools, and data integration frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in ETL, PySpark, Kafka, Jenkins, and Github.
• Experience with Data Program Management, Project Governance, and Stakeholder Management.
• Familiarity with Talend and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
