Lead the Marketing and Data Technology workstream to deliver complex digital landscape transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing and Data Technology workstream, driving it toward defined objectives.
• Align with the MarTech and Data Blueprint to manage procurement, development, testing, and establishment of the new data landscape.
• Lead the integration of new software into the existing digital landscape.
• Manage purchasing processes, proof of concepts, and scaling of MarTech and data solutions.
• Proactively manage risks and blockers while providing regular stakeholder updates on milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program or senior project management experience.
• Deep experience in Marketing Technology, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing major organizational or project changes.
• Ability to manage a high degree of complexity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as an IKEA resource.
