Description

You will lead large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure and data center delivery programs in Noida.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large teams to provide single point ownership for infrastructure delivery services.
• Oversee project forecasting, planning, and successful delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Direct project transitions, staging management, and service helpdesk operations.
• Drive program governance through KPI metrics, vendor compliance, and performance management.
• Execute new projects, RFPs, SOWs, and transition/go-live support.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, data center infrastructure, or the telecom industry.
• 10+ years of experience leading global project managers and engineering teams in high-tech operations.
• 4+ years of experience managing services and SLA-based deliverables.
• Experience with software/hardware design processes, product life cycle management, and asset management.
• Knowledge of cloud, networking, server system technologies, and forward/reverse logistics (RMA/Returns).
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements to create global metrics and trend charts.
• Proficiency in enterprise infrastructure project planning and release management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or CTPM certification.
• Agile project manager or Scrum Master certification.
• CCNA or JNCIA certification.
