Senior Program Manager

You will lead organizational process improvement initiatives with a heavy focus on Lean methodology and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process enhancements across correspondence workflows and reporting systems using Lean principles to eliminate waste and improve cycle times.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of internal and external correspondence to ensure regulatory and stakeholder compliance.
• Design and implement visual management systems and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision making.
• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to address complex operational challenges and mitigate risks.
• Develop program charters, roadmaps, and implementation plans while guiding cross-functional teams through the initiative lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management focused on Lean process improvement and Visual Management.
• Expertise in applying Lean principles to reduce waste (TIMWOODs) and optimize operations.
• Proven experience in visual management and KPI systems development.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate complex environments using critical thinking and structured problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree, PMP certification, or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
