  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for digital banking platform launches.
  • Own integrated launch plans covering milestones, dependencies, and readiness tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Manage launch readiness including training, FAQs, communications, and enablement.
  • Oversee phased rollouts, pilot launches, and deployment readiness gates.
  • Lead stakeholder governance, executive updates, and decision forums.
  • Track risks, issues, and escalations; ensure smooth hypercare support post-launch.
  • Ensure compliance approvals, control checks, and customer communications are completed.
  • Required experience 7+ years in GTM, product launches, or program management in regulated industries.
  • Own integrated launch plans, including milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, governance, and execution tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Service, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Change Management teams.
  • Manage launch readiness activities, including training, FAQs, enablement materials, communications, and frontline support.
  • Coordinate phased rollouts, launch sequencing, and readiness gates from pilot through broad deployment.
  • Lead executive updates, decision-making forums, issue/risk tracking, escalations, and hypercare support.
  • Digital banking platform knowledge.
