Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs across 30+ global sites.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, roadmaps, and governance for multi-million-dollar infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee execution of OS/DB upgrades, P2V migrations, compute refreshes, and cloud migrations.
• Manage risk mitigation, budget adherence, vendor performance, and milestone-based financial tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Field IT, WaveTech, Rubrik, NetApp, and DNS.
• Direct cutover, hypercare, and post-migration operations across multiple deployment waves.

Required Skills

• 15+ years managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs.
• Deep expertise in data center transformation, compute/server refresh, and virtualization.
• Experience managing offshore, nearshore, and onsite delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Azure, ESXi, Rubrik, NetApp, and DNS.
• Technical toolset including Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong background in milestone-based billing and performance-based credits.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Supply Chain environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification.
