Description

Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for digital banking platform launches, managing integrated plans, cross-functional collaboration, and deployment readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated launch plans covering milestones, dependencies, and readiness tracking for digital banking platforms.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment.
• Manage launch readiness including training, FAQs, communications, enablement materials, and frontline support.
• Oversee phased rollouts, pilot launches, deployment readiness gates, and hypercare support post-launch.
• Lead stakeholder governance, executive updates, decision forums, and risk/issue escalation management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in GTM, product launches, or program management within regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms and product launch/rollout management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and drive decision-making forums.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of total working experience preferred.
