Description

Lead a $23M data migration program from legacy warehouses to Snowflake, managing RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Migration Architects across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance and drive data migration execution using ETL concepts.
• Track, report, and resolve risks and issues to meet stringent timelines.
• Drive monthly and quarterly steering meetings with internal and client stakeholders.
• Maintain the overall project schedule using project management tools and tracking charts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale data migration to cloud projects.
• Strong proficiency in BI & Data Analytics and ETL concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, financial formulas, charts).
• Expertise in PowerPoint for content development and visualization.
• Experience with JIRA and other project management software.
• Strong MIS, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe Agile or Agile Scrum executions.
• Knowledge of Talend and DBT.
