Description

Lead large-scale, multi-year development programs from end-to-end execution through financial delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire delivery lifecycle, including business analysis, development, testing, and operations.
• Manage program financials, covering planning, estimation, scheduling, and invoicing for $10M+ to $20M+ budgets.
• Direct large teams and oversee all technical, functional, and program management process areas.
• Drive executive-level communication and act as a trusted consultant for CIO and CTO stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on architectural oversight and technical direction for complex development initiatives.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of professional experience in IT leadership and program management.
• Minimum 5 years managing $10M+ multi-year development programs.
• Proven track record of managing P&L for programs exceeding $20M in size.
• Deep technical background in Java/J2EE development.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Direct experience interacting with CxO-level executives (CIO, CTO).
• Expertise in setting up formal governance and reporting practices.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Financial Services, specifically within mortgage or insurance sectors.
• Career progression from Java Developer to Architect to Program Manager.
