You will lead complex IT program implementations, specifically within the OnePLM domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex OnePLM implementations across multiple business divisions and vendors.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk management to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Proactively manage execution, communications, and roadblocks to ensure milestones are met.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated Program Management experience.
• Project experience with OnePLM implementations, preferably in Life Science or Medical Devices.
• Proficiency in Program Management techniques and methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Prince 2 certification.
• Technical knowledge of PLM systems.
