Description

You will lead enterprise-level initiatives and manage complex, cross-functional programs through their entire lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic partner for CXO-level stakeholders to communicate program goals, progress, and risks.
• Drive program governance and portfolio oversight using ServiceNow, including KPI tracking and compliance.
• Function as a senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Manage financial and operational program aspects with a focus on revenue management and cost optimization.
• Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to resolve dependencies and remove roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program and project management within technology-driven organizations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance, demand management, and reporting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on team management.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience interfacing with C-level executives.
• Strong background in revenue cycle management and financial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to develop executive-level dashboards and status updates.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience, specifically within payer or provider environments.
• Master's degree.
