Description

You will manage business analysis work efforts and oversee consultant resources across multiple IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and prioritize work efforts for BA consultants.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for all consultant BA work products.
• Gather stakeholder information to define the scope of work for consultant business analysts.
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues and provide estimates for project change requests.
• Develop, maintain, and improve business analysis templates used within the delivery center.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of business analysis experience.
• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Experience managing people and work across multiple small to large scale projects.
• Proficiency in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience identifying, documenting, and maintaining traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to develop detailed use cases and maintain traceability with system requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing test plans for regression, integration, and user testing.
• Skill in developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
• Experience with iterative, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology.
