Description

You will lead complex programs by bridging technology delivery and business impact. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program roadmaps in collaboration with business and technology leadership.
• Manage program communications across all levels of technology and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress, escalating risks to senior leadership.
• Own financial modeling and management to demonstrate successful program outcomes and ROI.
• Coach teams on improving communication, process, estimation, quality, and velocity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in business process, software delivery, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and rapid delivery.
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
• Scrum certification (minimum CSM, ideally CSP, preferably SAFe).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans.
• Strong financial modeling and risk mitigation skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA and/or BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
