Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex partner offers and RTM programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for complex programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment independently.
• Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in program management, delivery operations, or technical operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs independently.
• Experience working with engineering or platform teams on system-dependent launches.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in system and integration discussions.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
