You will lead global transformation efforts across multiple strategic programs to modernize core banking platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment on platform strategy and transformation execution with senior Product Management, Product Owners, and Operations stakeholders.
• Lead the standardization of capabilities, flows, and data attributes across multiple global platforms and lines of business.
• Steer the Agile Release Train (ART) by organizing strategy, performing gap analysis, and facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt events.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of key program decisions regarding target state application architecture, vendor selection, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to simplify architecture and ensure solutions align with established standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of combined experience in the banking and financial services industry.
• 5-8 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Domain expertise in cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, and trade finance.
• Experience with CI/CD and technical solutioning.
• Proven ability to facilitate System Demos and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
• Strong technical leadership acumen to manage platform hardening and strategic migrations.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior-level stakeholders across multiple functions.
