Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of the loyalty program from design through to implementation, aligning it with enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams for execution.
• Translate member insights and business needs into differentiated loyalty strategies.
• Develop and maintain program plans, managing milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Define KPIs and report on program health, ROI, adoption, and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of program management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale programs involving complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience launching or managing loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional planning at strategic and tactical levels.
• Proficiency in agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other project/program management certifications.
• Experience in consumer banking, credit cards, or membership-based financial institutions.
