You will manage end-to-end technical projects within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Execute project and change management activities including planning, risk control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, provide regular updates, and handle difficult interactions.
• Ensure operational execution by maintaining process compliance, quality control, and policy adherence.
• Solve problems by selecting simple solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Strong expertise in Change Management.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk control, and budgeting.
• Proven ability in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
