You will guide technical direction and lead complex, multi-year assignments as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members through structured assignments and identify needs for cross-functional input.
• Advise functional leadership and senior management on cross-functional impact and alignment.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment to support governance agendas.
• Create solutions using analytical thought to define problems and develop outcomes based on research.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience.
• Proven program manager experience.
• Ability to train, guide, and coach less experienced specialists.
• Deep understanding of organizational functions to meet business goals.
• Analytical thinking to compare and select complex alternatives.
• Skills in influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain trusting stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience demonstrating accountability for managing risk and strengthening team controls.
